Focus on Something.
A macOS menu-bar companion that turns "just working" into declared focus sessions — task, cup, Enter — and hands every one of them to my time tracking, my daily note, and my end-of-day review.
Days rarely get lost in big failures; they get lost in the void between tasks. You sit down, drift into something, and eight hours later you can’t say where the time went. The todo list knows what you should do and the calendar knows what you planned — but nothing knows what you are actually doing right now.
FOS makes that a two-second declaration: type the task, pick a cup, press Enter. The session sits in the menu bar with a running clock, and ending it feeds the record everywhere it belongs. It’s the Work Session model from my Fractal Productivity system, compiled into an app I’ve run my own workdays on since the first build.

How it’s built
Native Swift and SwiftUI, no third-party dependencies, everything stored locally on the Mac. Built AI-natively from the first commit: a single SPEC.md describes every behavior, agents build against it, and a regression suite keeps them honest across 130+ source files.
The Mac app is the home base; an iOS companion client is already in the works so sessions can follow me off the desk.
