Every library grows and nothing ever leaves. Twenty near-identical shots of the same sunset, screenshots from 2019, the blurry half of every burst. Apple Photos gives you a delete button and an infinite scroll — nobody culls twenty-five thousand photos that way. PhotoTriage asks one question at a time, and one keystroke answers it.

How it’s built
Spec-first development: a single SPEC.md is the source of truth and AI agents build against it, one tested feature per commit. The machine learning — duplicate grouping, sharpness scoring, food recognition — runs entirely on your Mac. v0.1 is macOS only; iPad and iPhone are the next build.
